We arrange fulfilment through wholesale suppliers, and orders may be dispatched directly by a supplier on our behalf. Products are sourced through established UK and European wholesale supply channels. We sell genuine branded products sourced through established suppliers and wholesalers. Packaging may occasionally vary when a manufacturer updates a box, bottle or presentation.

UK delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 working days. Delivery charges are displayed before checkout, and standard delivery is free on qualifying orders of £50 or more. Delivery estimates may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, courier disruption or supplier delays.

Returns and customer care

Customers can find full information in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind offer covers eligible unopened, unused and sealed items. These conditions do not restrict statutory cancellation rights. Opening packaging for reasonable inspection does not automatically remove those rights; any health or hygiene exception applies only where the legal conditions are met. Rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
