Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Enquiries received during weekends or bank holidays will be answered during normal working hours.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery options available for your order will be shown at checkout.

We do not guarantee international delivery unless an international shipping option is clearly available at checkout.

Fragrance, perfume and aftershave products may be subject to delivery restrictions because they can contain alcohol or flammable ingredients. This may limit where certain items can be delivered.

3. Delivery Options and Costs

The delivery options available at checkout may include:

Free Standard UK Delivery
Available on orders over £35
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

Express UK Delivery
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
Cost: £6.50

DPD UK Delivery
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
Cost: £10.95

Delivery costs and options may change from time to time. The final delivery price will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will usually begin processing on the next working day.

During busy periods, promotions, supplier delays or courier disruption, processing and delivery may take longer.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless clearly stated.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched, not from the exact time you place your order.

We will do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or postal delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Severe weather

  • Bank holidays

  • Stock availability

  • Supplier delays

  • Security or fraud checks

6. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, not collected or undeliverable, we may refund the cost of the product only. Original delivery costs may not be refunded where the failed delivery was not due to an error by Fragrance Store.

If you still want the item, you may need to place a new order.

8. Missed Delivery or Not Collected Parcels

If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel is not collected, rearranged or accepted, the parcel may be returned to us by the courier or postal provider.

If this happens, we may refund the product cost only once the parcel is returned and inspected.

Original delivery charges may not be refunded where the failed delivery was not due to an error by Fragrance Store.

9. Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Delivery postcode

  • Tracking number, if available

  • Any delivery messages received from the courier or postal provider

We will review the tracking information and may raise an investigation with the delivery provider.

Please report missing orders as soon as possible. Delays in reporting a missing parcel may make it harder for us to investigate with the courier or postal service.

10. Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

  • Delivery postcode

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of the delivery label

  • Photos of any damage, leakage, batch code or barcode where possible

Please do not throw away the product or packaging until we have reviewed your case. We may need photos or further information to investigate the issue with the supplier, courier or delivery provider.

11. Delivery Restrictions for Fragrance Products

Some fragrance, perfume, aftershave, cosmetic and beauty products may have delivery restrictions due to their ingredients, packaging or carrier rules.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to deliver a product safely or legally to the address provided.

12. International Delivery

We do not currently guarantee international delivery.

If international delivery is available at checkout, customers outside the UK may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or local charges.

Fragrance products may be restricted in some countries. Customers are responsible for checking whether products can be legally imported into the destination country.

If an international parcel is refused, delayed, returned or charged additional fees by customs or local authorities, Fragrance Store is not responsible for those charges unless required by law.
